PropertyCon: An IREM^® Education Experience

Your career keeps moving, growing, and changing directions. You want access to the latest industry trends, actionable take-aways on how to handle what’s coming next, and more ways to connect and learn from your peers. You want that reliable source of industry-leading education to help you level up in your career.

This two-day event will offer educational opportunities and networking activities for property managers at every career stage. Popular IREM educators will offer instruction and actionable insights on core topics that attendees can bring back to their jobs and help them level up in their careers- or just stay sharp.

This leadership training and governance event will combine chapter and leadership training with IREM governance activities, as well as chapter board member and IAE training (similar to the current Chapter Leadership Retreat). We’ll also do some networking and celebrating.

More information about the 2025 IREM Leadership Forum will be available soon. Ongoing training opportunities for IAEs and chapter leaders will be released throughout the year.

It's more convenient than ever to participate in IREM governance.

Volunteer with IREM: Create meaningful change. Volunteer today!

Starting in 2025, most committees, advisory councils, and ethics panels will meet virtually. In addition, the annual Governing Council, held during the new IREM® Leadership Forum, will offer both virtual and in-person volunteering options.

By streamlining the process and offering more options to participate remotely, IREM hopes to attract new and diverse voices to engage in governance and help create meaningful change.
